Would love to review the product if I ever receive it!

I ordered this product several months ago, the money was drawn out of my account but the product never shipped. Then I discovered that it was "out of business" supposedly it is up and running again and my order was shipped 14 days ago. The problem is if the factory is in Texas and Im from Kansas why is it taking this long if it was even shipped?

They don’t deliver

Purchased and never got my order,emailed them a bunch of times and no response,they suck on delivery and on customer service,I pressed on one star cause it’s required but in reality they absolutely have zero stars!

Fail to deliver

I love Caveman Nitro. The problem is shipping or lack of delivery. After waiting for over a month for a shipping confirmation, I reached out to ask about my order. I sent several emails and was answered by crickets. Since I got absolutely no answer, I asked Shop Pay for a refund and presented my various unanswered emails as proof of my trying to get confirmation. I would love to purchase again, but at this point I have zero trust that I will receive what I order. I would need some kind of assurance to prove that I would get what I ordered. At this point, I dont think that will happen. I used to be a regular purchaser of Caveman Nitro from Amazon and when not available there, I purchased directly. Even in the past when I ordered directly, shipping was not the fastest. If they want me back as a customer, you would need to prove my experience will not continue. I dont mind paying for premium coffee, but not going to deal with NOT getting what I pay for up front. I leave it up to Caveman to figure out how to get me back as a customer. The ball is in your court! No apologies or even reason/excuses as to why my order did not ship, or why emails not answered. So, Caveman, you want me back and change my idea of how your company is ran and your lack of customer service, figure out how to gain me back, it is all up to YOU.
